The development of the land started back in 2002 just 3 years after the original hospital was closed and is virtually complete after 7 years with the landscape being constantly maintained and further properties to be developed there will soon be over 600 homes within Napsbury Park
 
Today, our residents and visitors appreciate this legacy. The original buildings look as new as the ones being built currently and as we look forward to completion, we also enjoy leisure facilities as our predecessors did. The new Cricket & Football pitches together with appropriate structures.
